My Lord,

I have the honour to report that Mrs. H.

Main, Headmistress of the Peak School, has expressed her wish

to retire from the service of this Government with effect

from the 13th May next and I have approved the grant of a

pansion at the rate of £126 0 O per annum as from that date. I have also granted Mrs. Main 3 months' vacation leave on full pay pending her retirement.
